Transfer an existing Golflink number to a new Home Golflink number.
- Existing member with existing Away Golflink number.
- Intra club transfer of Golflink number can only be actioned by contacting Golflink direct on help@golf.com.au and may incur a cost.
Quick Process
- In directory Search and Select member record.
- Check preferred home/postal address is correct.
- Select Edit Details & Adjustments.
- Select Transfer Golflink details.
- Confirm the AWAY number is listed in OLD Golflink details.
- System will now verify that existing and new Home Golflink numbers are available .
- On both prompt screens green ticks should show next to all checks.
- Select Next and return to directory.
- Select member record in directory then Refresh in Golflink details to update to current handicap.
Step-by-step
1. In directory Search and Select member record
2. Check preferred home/postal address are correct
3 & 4. Select Edit Details & Adjustments then select Transfer Golflink Number
5. Confirm OLD Golflink number is present and address details are all correct
6 & 7. System will now verify that existing and new Home Golflink numbers are available. On both prompt screens Green ticks should show next to all checks. If member number contains letter the next available number on Golflink will be created.
8. Select Next and return to directory
9. Select member record in directory then Refresh in Golflink details to update to current handicap
