Security - Admin Inactivity Restriction

To help mange your administrator profiles, a new security feature has been developed for MiClub Golf to automatically restrict administrator profiles after a certain number of days of inactivity.


The number of days of inactivity can be adjusted by MiClub support however the default will be 90. If an administrator profile hasn't been logged into within 90 days then it will become restricted and unable to be used. To unrestrict the profile, an authorised club administrator will need to contact MiClub support and ask for the account to be unrestricted.


Club administrators can check the last time a profile was logged into and if it is restricted through the member directory.



The below message will appear if someone tries logging into a restricted profile.



A custom report called 'Restricted Admin Profiles Report' can be run to see which administrator profiles are restricted in your system.
